  1. David Muwanga Babumba,

I would to take this opportunity to thank you for the publication. As a matter of fact, may I ask if you will be able to publish photos of all the previous ministers and particularly, do you have photos of my late father Dr Eria Muwanga Babumba, a former cabinet minister in obote 1 government? This will be a historical achievement if you will be able to compile a list of all the Ugandan heros from past to present. Lets remember, Dr E. Babumba was a Ugandan hero; a founding father of the co-operative movement; He fought for social and political justice. He built (Muteesa 1-nursing home), using his own money in 1956/7 and later donated it to the people in Masaka. Remember, up to now, this is still the only hospital in the area at Kinonni on Masaka-Mbarara high way; Dr EM Babumba, served his country throughout the turbulent period; we will remember and honour him quote “That the battle against human poverty and all its associated evils, join or form co-operative societies now”. A true Ugandan serving is mother land; a right we all need right now in Uganda.
    Many thanks,
    David Babumba

  2. Odongo,

Thankyou for giving us the list of the best cabinet ever in Uganda’s history. May their legacy be adopted by present and future leaders.

  3. g,

Your list is full of distortion. It does not clearly indicate who held which port folio. Do you care to revise it in order to maintain our historical facts for our future children. e.g. Hon. John Babiiha was V/P and Minister of Animal Industry, Game and Fisheries. Please continue from here to correct the rest.

Thanks for attempting to file Ugandan history.

    Omonna F.X.
